What items do I need to prepare prior to move in?

Upon approval, you will receive a "Move In Information" email, which will include important details on your move-in amount due, as well as a breakdown of costs and other required items needed from you prior to your official move-in date. Please bring these items with you to you lease signing appointment with the property manager.

When are move-in funds due?

Please bring your cashier's check or money order made out to SRM URBAN to your lease signing appointment with the property manager.

When does the move-in condition form need to be completed? Why do I have to sign this prior to my walk-through?

You will be asked to sign the blank move-in condition form that is included with your lease agreement. After your official move-in date, we will email you an identical move-in inventory/condition form. You will have 7 days to return this form completed to Management, which will replace the blank form you signed with your lease.

When and how do I get my keys for move in?

Pending receipt of all required move-in documents at the lease signing appointment, the property manager will ensure your keys are placed inside a lockbox on the front door of your apartment. On the morning of your official move-in date, the property manager will send you a text message with the lockbox code.
